I received notification that Google will be adding a link on their AdSense blocks allowing advertisers to directly target your site with ads via a link they will be displaying within existing AdSense blocks. All publishers are "opted-in" by default, but have the option of removing themselves from the program a will.
It has caused both cries of joy and shouts of anger over at WebMastersWorld. Site targeting has been looked down upon by a lot of publishers because of CPM advertisers targeting the sites to get a lower rate than having to pay per click.
I'll stay opted in for the time being and see how it goes.
