Google Referrals For FireFox Launched For International Publishers

On November 4, 2005 I discussed Google's referral program which they had just launched. At the time they had restricted the referral for FireFox with Google Toolbar to only US publishers.

Google has now announced that they're allowing international publishers to join in the referral program.

We're happy to announce that international AdSense publishers can now refer users to FireFox plus Google Toolbar. A FireFox sub-tab will be visible to all publishers when they visit the "Referrals" tab in their AdSense account.

It seems they used the US publishers as a guinea pig for a month to make sure everything was working correctly. I have yet to have someone use it and am not sure if there's a value in it for any sites I have.
